OUR VISION

When we decided to open Florida Entrepreneur Law, P.A., we knew exactly what we had in mind. We knew that we wanted a business model centered on quality over quantity, on delivering a different type of legal experience to our clients, and on transparency. We knew that we didn’t want to just provide a service. We wanted to build life-long relationships with our clients. That is why, at Florida Entrepreneur Law, P.A., our vision begins with YOU. With entrepreneurs. With businesses. With dreamers. With doers.

We believe that access to legal help shouldn’t be intimidating, outrageously expensive, out of reach, or stuffy. We believe that by helping our clients navigate and understand the legal issues that affect their businesses, we can help our clients achieve their dreams. Being entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the challenges our clients face when building, growing, or protecting a business.

Who are we?

Michelle K. Suarez, Esq., Founder, Shareholder

Michelle was born in Miami, Florida to Cuban American parents who taught her the value of hard work, passion, and honesty at an early age.

Michelle has several years of litigation experience in business and complex commercial litigation including non-competes, trade secret, fiduciary duty claims, vicarious liability defense on behalf of corporations, various business disputes and commercial construction. On the transactional side, Michelle has helped negotiate several investment deals and buy-outs for multi-million dollar valued companies in the technology sector, and regularly advises companies in various emerging industries. Her transactional experience includes negotiating sales/acquisitions, taking on investments, structuring partnerships, negotiating business dispute settlements among members in closely privately held corporations and companies, advising companies on Regulation D compliance, joint venture agreements, and much more.

Michelle's dedication to her practice extends beyond the board room and court room as she is also extremely involved and active in the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, has served on the board for CREW Boca Raton/Fort Lauderdale Chapter, a national Commercial Real Estate Network dedicated to the promotion and enhancement of women in leadership roles within commercial real estate across the globe, and has served on the Membership Committee for the Florida Bar both as a Member and in a leadership capacity. She regularly volunteers her time to mentor law students and young professionals and is extremely involved with local chapters of the NSU Law Alumni.

Michelle has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers four years in a row (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019). Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Michelle’s hobbies include kayaking, exercising, and finding great hole-in-the-wall restaurants in new cities during her travels.
